Condominium and Homeowner Associations

Condominiums and homeowner associations are the two most common forms of shared residential arrangements, and while they can offer people valuable benefits, they also come with their own particular problems and legal issues. We represent individual owners and associations in disputes concerning a variety of issues, including: interpretation and application of Declarations, CC&Rs, Bylaws and “house rules”; complaints concerning Board Member action and inaction; disagreement over ACC decisions; and assessment disputes. We also try to offer constructive advice to our clients in order to try to avoid further problems with neighbors and Associations.
